First time mother

My name is Amanda Fitzgerald and I need your help.

My pit bull is a first time mother and she is doing a great job but her tits got engorged. One of them busted open so I gave her metronidazole it helped and she got better then her leg swelled up so big that she could not even walk.

I have been giving her ciprofloxacin and metronidazole I do not have the money to take her to the vet. The wound was the size of a golf ball but now it is going all the way around her leg it looks very pain full. I don't know what else to do.
