French Bulldog Puppy Information

Whenever considering owning a bulldog, probably the French Bulldog Puppy is your best option.

A very miniature sized dog that can be carried around anywhere. They are super friendly and love to be handled by children. Many experts have taken a considerable amount of time to ensure that these dogs are born without any temper problems.

These dogs can come in a variety of colors and patterns. The most common colors are cream, white, black, gray, and brown. They still have that bulky and muscular build from the English Bulldog Puppy, but their face is more proportional to their body. They have stubby tails and straight pointy ears.

When owning a French bulldog puppy, it is important that you give him a lot of attention. These dogs do not require a lot of space, which makes them ideal for apartments or small houses. Single, couple, or even parents can all have a BullDog without worry.

However, even though they are great with children, these dogs can get a bit rough with them. It is important that you monitor your dog playing with your children as they can get scratched, but do not worry, that is probably the extent of the damage. You never really have to worry about your children needing to get stitches from a French bulldog puppy.

When these dogs get mad or angry at something, they react by walking away to find someone else to play with. They might also opt for a toy or some food.

Children can become quite troublesome and might even tease the French BullDog, so you do have to worry about your dog biting them out of anger. They are protective dogs, but the likeliness of them acting a completely new stranger is very low. They are known for barking quite loudly as their way of defending the household.

Though, they should not be mistaken as pure wimps, because there have been cases where these dogs will react to someone hurting their owners.

Even though French Bulldog Puppies have the least amount of Dog Health Problems out of all the different types of bulldogs, such as the American Bulldog Boston Bulldog, Boxer Bulldog and the English Bulldog their health should be looked at on a regular basis.

They are known to have some congenital diseases. These dogs are also known to get a disease called Von Willebrand's disease, a bleeding disorder that does not let the blood clot properly. Dogs that are born with Cleft palate are put down immediately, because this can cause horrible breathing problems when they are older. It is almost impossible to fix, which is why breeders and vets take this extreme measure.

It is important that you Visit Your Veterinarian and talk to them about the best Dog First Aid solution for when your dog is having clotting issues.

Sometimes these things can react quickly and there simply won't be enough time to get your dog to the vet. Be sure to educate yourself so that you are able to handle the emergency and remind yourself not to panic.

It might be easier if you have a step-by-step instructional guide when you are treating your dog.
